Before a tenant moves in, we’ll inspect the property and make professional recommendations regarding certain repairs that you should make or improvements that you might want to consider. We also prepare the property as necessary and advertise it for rent, further taking responsibility off the plate of the homeowner. With regards to prospective tenants we will interview and investigate each one, which helps us to make sure that we’re only putting the highest quality people in the home that you’ve worked so hard to build. We’ll schedule repairs, collect rents, manage deposits and more – all so that you can get back to living your life without a care in the world.
